Commercial Cleaning Retail Stores

We already have contracts for high street branded retail shops selling a wide range of fashion clothing for male and female. We never divulge our customers names so we cannot say which famous retail brands are concerned but I know for certain that you will recognise the stores as they are open in the main shopping centres of virtually every medium to large town/city across the UK.

Commercial Cleaning Restaurants

You already know, don’t you, just how important it is to keep restaurants clean at all times. Would you eat in a restaurant where you could see the dirt? For your own health reasons you want to see the premises are kept clean every day, don’t you?

Our use of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) colour coding and regular monitoring of cleaning quality standards everywhere ensures that standards are maintained at a high level at all times.

By the way did see on our quality standards page that Clean Care Scotland were full members of BICSc and all our managers are all trained to the exacting standards required by them.

It is only by training all our cleaning managers to perform to that level that they can ensure that their staff are working to that level of cleanliness as well.

Again we currently clean for three different national chains of restaurants as well as a number of smaller pubs that serve meals. So you can feel safe in the knowledge we can clean to the high health and safety standards required in your eating establishment.

Pubs and Nightclubs

As with restaurants above pubs and clubs are required to meet the same high standards of cleanliness at all times but they also face some additional issues caused by having a large throughput of customers. The larger amount of people coming in and out of your building means more wear and tear on your building particularly the floors which will require attention from our specialist teams from time to time. Cleaning Cinemas and Theatres

As above there are high standards to be met and for example between seats there is often limited space to work in. Our senior managers have experience in cleaning a major chain of cinemas throughout most of southern and central Scotland for us to draw upon so we know exactly what is involved when we come to discuss your cleaning requirements.

Builders Cleans

If you are developing a new building for a customer you will be aware of the need to do a major clean before snagging takes place. So are we! Your builders are not training in getting the premises spotlessly clean we are!

We are also aware that this is only the first stage of the final preparation of the premises for the customer so will then come back to do the final sparkle clean that your customer expects. See our special section on builders cleans.

By the way in August 2009 we were at very short notice able to step in save the face of a huge retail chain whose shopfitters had let them down. We put in a team of nine people to help get a 54,000 square feet retail store ready for opening on time. Our cleaning staff worked right through the night to ensure the general public were able to come into a sparkling clean new store at the previously published opening launch time.

End of Tenancy Cleans
