As part of Clean Care Scotland’s fast growing array of commercial cleaning services, we also provide a regular cleaning of the Common Areas in many buildings all over Scotland.
We can take care of the Communal Cleaning needs of both Residential and Commercial customers alike. Our prompt and efficient service helps our clients to provide excellent living and working conditions to their tennants. As the Communal areas and common parts of the building are generally the first point of contact with visitors we know that their state of cleanliness is of the highest priority.
The service includes tasks such as:
- Dusting and polishing all common areas skirting boards, windows, window frames, window sills, doors, light fixtures, light switches
- Cleaning and polishing lifts and stainless steel lift doors
- Changing light bulbs if needed
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Mopping and polishing (buffing) hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets (if applicable)
- Cleaning of reception/concierge/security areas
- Litter picking outside the building
- Bin area maintenance
- Car park sweeping
This service can be carried out on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We can even do a one off deep clean. No matter how often we visit you, we will make sure that your common areas are clean and welcoming at all times.
