Are Your Computer Cleaning Staff Fully Trained?

• Our staff are all fully qualified, specialist IT cleaning technicians who have undergone extensive training programmes monitored buy our company. They all have a professional attitude to their work, are fully vetted before beginning work on customer premises, and are easily identified in our smart company uniform. Supervisors also oversee the work done on site 100% of the time.

How often will I need my computer cleaning?

• It is recommended that your computer system is fully cleaned on the outside at least once every 3 months by a professional company. It is also recommended that you clean the surface of your keyboard and mouse on a daily basis.
• The frequency of the professional clean depends on how many people are using the same station and the environment in which the computer system is based.
• The inside of the computer should be cleaned once every year but this again depends on the environment in which the computer system is based.

What can I use to clean my keyboard and mouse on a daily basis?

• We recommend an approved chemical spray or wipe which is suitable for I.T equipment.

My computer keeps freezing and runs slowly most of the time, why is this?

• It could be a number of things which are nothing to do with cleaning on the other hand your computer may be very dirty inside and the fan may be clogged which causes the computer to overheat and in turn it can run slowly and even crash.

Can you clean our computer systems at any time of the day?

• Yes, we will work around your schedule. We can clean your systems at any time of the day or night, thus allowing you to get on with your business.

• We can clean your equipment whilst your business is open causing very minimal disruption.

Do you have any loan equipment (keyboards and mouse) that we can use whilst ours is getting cleaned?

• Yes, but we are limited to loaning out keyboard and mouse until yours are cleaned. This may only put you out of action for about 30 seconds during the change over and another 30 seconds when we put your keyboard and mouse back.

Can I do my own computer cleaning?

• There is no reason why you can’t but it is imperative that you know what you are doing, all of our Technicians are fully trained on cleaning IT equipment and we use the correct chemicals and equipment ensuring that your IT systems are fully sanitised and are given a proper deep clean.Our chemicals have a very high resistance to electricity and therefore do not damage any electronics inside your computer, keyboard, mouse and screen.

Can I clean my Computer Monitor Screen with glass cleaner?

• No, as glass cleaner contains chemicals which will strip the protective coating from your computer screen.
