We concentrate on building relationships so we understand what end result you are expecting from us so we can achieve that. We don’t make false promises on the way.  We do not believe in employing salespeople on a commission who you will never see again.  The person you speak with has an interest in giving you the truth as he or she will be one of our local Area Cleaning Managers who will be charged with looking after your contract on a day to day basis.

If they make false promises about what they can do they have to live with it.  I can assure you they do not want that hassle so they will always be upfront and straight.  That is part of the way we work and we insist all our managers do the same.
