Before commencement of our services we will provide you with full risk assessments and method statements as well as your unique bespoke cleaning schedule.
We recruit our cleaners based on the experience they have and references from their previous employers. We believe in getting the right person the first time and recruit rather than just employ. We can provide cleaners who have a disclosure or PVG check completed on request.
Our managers will work with all our cleaning staff for the first week of your contract starting, thus ensuring that they receive full direction on how your premises needs to be cleaned and the frequency of the tasks to be carried out.
When this initial period is completed our auditing team will regularly monitor the cleaners work and spot checks will be carried out at defined intervals.
