We care about the quality standards of our cleaning staff.
This means not just how clean your premises are when they leave your job but also their professional appearance. So our induction process includes
- Requirement to be smartly dressed at all times
- Requirement to wear the uniform and identity badge whenever they are on duty at your premises.
- Uniforms to be always clean and tidy
- Smiling and right attitude with everyone that they contact or meet
Cleaning Equipment and Cleaning Products.
No member of our cleaning staff will be allowed to operate any electrical cleaning equipment without appropriate training. All Clean Care Scotland staff are shown how to use all cleaning chemicals before being allowed to use them.
We clean using approved systems and procedures laid down by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). This includes use of full colour coding of equipment to prevent cross contamination of areas.
Do you really want your kitchen/canteen areas cleaned with the same mop that was just used to clean your toilets? We have seen it done by “trained cleaners” in projects we have been taking over from other cleaning companies.
Monitoring of our quality cleaning standards
It is no good showing someone the standards we want if we don’t monitor them as well, is it? We have guaranteed that you as a customer will get a high standard of cleaning so we need to ensure you do! Every job we undertake is visited on a regular basis by either our Cleaning Area Manager responsible for the contract or a fully trained Cleaning Supervisor. (On larger jobs we may also have a on-site cleaning supervisor.)
