Quality Management Standards

How do we prove to potential customers that we care about quality?

Well one way is to point to work we have done and more comments from existing customers will shortly be published on this website.

The other way is to look at at what other bodies are saying about us.  For example we spent months setting up a quality monitoring system.  But so have some of our competitors in the cleaning industry!  We know we worked for some of the cleaning companies and saw first hand what they were doing. We were not impressed at their actual practice.

It is fine saying we have put into place a system of checking work being done by our cleaners and you can read about that on the Clean Care Website by going to monitoring cleaning company quality standards webpage in the quality standard section.

But we wanted to take it further than saying we do it.  We wanted to make sure it stayed in place and did not get neglected. if we start to neglect our cleaning standards we will also be neglecting our cleaning customers and we were not willing to do that.

We achieved ISO 9001

We achieved ISO 9001

Some of our senior management staff team had worked with management tools such as ISO 9001.

We saw how useful it would be after all it is about “Ensuring We Do What We Say We Do“.   That appealed to us it was going to guarantee we had to keep our promise to maintain our quality checks or lose the standard.

We worked for that standard and we don’t intend to lose it by failing to comply with what we said we would do.

Incidently we wrote into the quality management system how we were going to develop all our cleaning staff in all the new techniques they could use to ensure a perfect finish.  We are also monitoring new products to give the best results with least damage to our environment as well.

Part of that commitment to all our cleaning customers means going down ISO 14001 to show we mean business.
